Jamie Rogers graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2003 with highest honors. She was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif. At the OU College of Law, she was awarded American Jurisprudence Awards in: Torts II, Civil Procedure II, Municipal Government Law, Environmental Law, and Alternative dispute Resolution. She was awarded the James F. Hawes Memorial Cup and was named a Comfort Scholar. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999 with a Summa Cum Laude honors degree in Sociology and Political Science. She is a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations. She is licensed to practice in the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. She is also licensed to practice in the Tenth Circuit. In addition, Rogers practices in the areas of railroad litigation, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, general civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury, product liability, appellate practice, municipal government law, and employee payment disputes.
